About EACE
Since 2005, We’ve been helping Estacada have fun by hosting, sponsoring and supporting diverse community events. Our longest running event is the Independence Day Big Bang Firework Show. Our most recognized event is the Estacada Timber Festival that was brought back by EACE in 2011. It had quite a following with over 10,000 people attending in 2019.

It’s Back…
Estacada has a strong community of loggers from the early days of Oregon. Estacada has celebrated summer with a Timber Festival for many years. EACE Brought it back in 2011 and grew it to a well know festival with over 10,000 attendees.
Event Planning
We plan all year long planning the Timber Festival. Local lumber companies and suppliers all work together with us to make this event happen.
Marketing
Although this is an event produced for local enjoyment, we invite all of Oregon and beyond to celebrate with us. Tourism brings outside dollars to Estacada businesses. We have been featured on Local TV, Radio, Magazines & Newspapers!
Site Logistics
With up to 10,000 people it takes a lot of garbage cans and porta-potties to keep it clean. We have dedicated teams (Local Sports Teams) helping to earn much needed donations. We love having this win, win partnership!
Community Involvement
We need everyone to chip in to make good events great. We are always looking for volunteers for our organization but we also support other events in Estacada with our knowledge, network, and even usage of our infrastructure such as tents, chairs, electrical distribution and more.
